Use the basic tools to figure it out, but don’t get carried away by those who only create emotional damage – toxic personalities.

You are the master of your own existence. Taking care of yourself and encouraging you is what we need to get down to when we are going through emotional upheaval like anxiety and stress. 

Letting ourselves be carried away and not responding to our own needs leads us to esteem ourselves, to love ourselves and, consequently, to manifest these states of mind.

This is why it is normal to find ourselves at times under stress and anxiety, and to overcome this brilliantly, we must have the basic tools that allow us to understand ourselves.

By pretending to be perfect and not to make mistakes, we also create stressful situations that only block us and prevent us from being ourselves.

Let’s just think for a second that mistakes are a gift, since they are the stones of the ladder of progress.

Deceiving ourselves at some point indicates that we are on the path, that we are making an effort and trying without taking all the credit for ourselves.

Accept to take risks, dare to step out of your comfort zone, and if you fall, keep getting up and trying again. Perhaps one of these mistakes will be the path to your greatest success.

Be honest with yourself by facing your problems with humility

When we talk about honesty, we are referring to that ability that makes us realize what is good, what is not, and what we would like or should change.

Be honest with what you want, with who you say you are and who you were in the past,  learning from it that will allow you to grow for the better.

Lying to yourself only leads to disrespecting you and not being logical. You know that the person who will always stay by your side is yourself, admit it.

Also,  if you allow yourself to be logical with yourself, you will be able to get to know yourself better and you will not let your problems define you.

We usually complain every day that things aren’t going as well as we’d like, forgetting that problems won’t go away unless we take action. If anyone can give you any advice, here’s one:  “Do what you can, when you can, and recognize what you have done.”

Take small steps in the direction you think is right, even if it means stepping back a bit to gain momentum.

Start to be yourself and much nicer to yourself

The way you treat and love yourself sets the standard for those around you.
