The Four Laws Of Spirituality

The four laws of spirituality

They say that there are times in life when we feel more lost than ever, and that it is the moment of meeting. An encounter with oneself, with its abysses, its fears, and its soul.

Spirituality goes beyond the material and the earthly. It is not a religion, nor a doctrine. Spirituality is about taking care and pampering your interior, letting our heart leap over the abyss, creating our spirit, and humbly cultivating our values.

It is said that if this text arrives in your hands, it is not by chance, but because there is something that you must understand.

Here are the four laws of spirituality from Hindu philosophy …

1. The person who comes into your life is always the right person.

No one comes into our life by chance. Everyone around us is there for something, even toxic people. At each exchange and at each moment, we receive and give something.

We live in a world of gray tones. We are not always students or always teachers.

Each of us brings something positive, even if it is through negative traits, such as something that we cannot stand or that hurts us.

exchange

People are always lanterns in the dark. There are people who are more representative than others, but all of them, without exception, have something to say.

This is why, over time, we always manage to thank the stones for our way, as if someone was complicating our existence at some point but, in the end, supporting us faithfully.

Everything, absolutely everything, brings into life. This is why we should not be prejudiced against others and not underestimate the small learnings in life.

2. What happens is the only thing that could have happened

We are coincidences full of intentions.

Nothing that is happening in our lives could have turned out any other way.

Since it happened what happened, it’s the only thing that could have happened. What happens to us is what has to happen, and through which we have to derive concrete meaning.

We are used to thinking about what could have happened, creating hypothetical situations in which we act differently, and which lead to other results.

perfection

Every change generates indispensable situations and that is why we must accept that what happens is what should happen, and that there are no other possibilities. It’s done, it’s like that.

Each of our behaviors generates in our surroundings a sequential chain of events that mark our path.

Don’t be bitter about what you could have done that you didn’t. Everything needs its moment and takes time to assimilate the necessary learning.

As they say, you can’t run a marathon if you haven’t learned how to crawl beforehand. Ultimately, it is not possible to avoid certain necessary stages of life.

3. When something starts, it’s a good time

Don’t wait for the perfect moment to arriveā€¦ Take the time and do it perfectly.

What begins always happens at the right time, not before, not after. What is new in our life appears because we attract it and we are prepared to see it and enjoy it.

Once this is understood, we must accept that when life puts something in our way, we must take advantage of it.

4. When something ends, it’s over

Let it flow, don’t hold on to someone or something, everything has its moment in our lives, and everything has a reason.

We tend to get attached to endless stories and emotions.

Saying goodbye hurts, but when something ends, keeping it by our side is an exercise in masochism that generates great discomfort and multiple addictions and insecurities.

Going forward and moving forward is the best option to get rich and not suffer.

Remember, the most influenceable person you talk to every day is yourself. Pay attention to what you say to yourself and let go of life.
